Terms of Service
Terms for creating and downloading button print sheets.
Last updated: 2026-10-06
The service
Button Sheet Maker helps you arrange images and export sheets for physical pinback buttons and button badges. The service offers a free allowance and paid plans for additional usage. It does not manufacture, sell or ship physical buttons. See the pricing page for available plans and billing periods, and review the selected offer before checkout.
Billing and cancellation
Maker and Studio are subscriptions billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan until you cancel. Print Pack and Batch Pack are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. The amount, currency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
You can cancel automatic renewal through account billing, or request help by emailing support@buttonsheetmaker.com from your account email address. After cancellation is confirmed, your subscription remains available until the end of the paid billing period and will not renew. Separately purchased page packs keep their original validity. Cancelling renewal does not itself request or trigger a refund.
Refund policy
Eligibility
- Unused purchases within 7 days: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment if none of the print-sheet page allowance granted by that purchase has been used. This applies to Maker and Studio monthly or annual subscription payments, including renewals, and to Print Pack and Batch Pack purchases. Eligibility is assessed separately for each payment.
- Duplicate charges: If a billing error caused a duplicate charge for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.
- Service not delivered: If paid access or the purchased allowance was not delivered because of a problem on our side, contact support. If we cannot resolve the problem and deliver the purchased service, we will refund the undelivered portion, or the full payment if nothing was delivered.
- Statutory rights: Any cancellation or refund rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain available and take precedence over these conditions.
The 7-day unused-purchase condition does not limit refunds for verified duplicate charges, undelivered service or statutory rights.
How to request a refund and processing times
- Email support@buttonsheetmaker.com with the subject “Refund request”, preferably from your account email address. You can also submit a request through account support after signing in. Email support is available without signing in.
- Include your account email address, order number or payment transaction ID, payment date, plan or pack name and the reason for the request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and account ownership.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days after receiving the information needed for verification. If further investigation is needed, we will explain why and provide an updated timeframe.
- Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account. If they have not arrived after that timeframe, contact support for help tracking the refund.
When a payment is refunded, the allowance and paid benefits associated with the refunded portion are removed. A full refund of a subscription payment also ends the subscription covered by that payment and its future renewal. Other purchases are unaffected.
When refunds are not available
Except for duplicate charges, undelivered service or applicable statutory rights, we do not refund a purchase if any of its page allowance has been used or the request is submitted more than 7 calendar days after payment. Unused or expired allowance, cancellation of renewal, or a change of mind after the 7-day window does not qualify for a refund. We do not provide prorated refunds solely because you stop using a monthly or annual subscription partway through its billing period.
Your artwork and files
You retain ownership of your artwork. Only use images you own or have permission to reproduce. You are responsible for the content you add and for respecting other people’s intellectual property and privacy. The operator does not receive artwork through the local editor.
Projects are not saved in this version. Export before leaving or refreshing the editor, and keep backups of the original images and downloaded files.
Physical dimensions and printing
Finished diameter, cut diameter and safe area are distinct settings. Starting values are examples and are not guarantees of compatibility with a particular press, die, cutter or supply. Check your equipment specifications, print at actual size and measure a test sheet before producing a batch. Printer drivers and image viewers can change output size or color.
You are responsible for testing your output and operating physical tools according to their manufacturers’ instructions. See the printing guide for the workflow.
Optional accounts and acceptable use
If you create an account, provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts, disrupt the service or bypass security controls. Access may be restricted to address misuse or protect the service.
Availability and limitations
The tool is provided as available. Results depend on your source images, settings, browser, printer and equipment. No promise is made that the service will be uninterrupted or that any design will meet a particular production requirement. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and support
Features or these terms may change, with the date above updated accordingly. For service questions, billing issues, cancellation assistance or refund requests, email support@buttonsheetmaker.com. You can also use account support after signing in.
